The NIDA American Indian/Alaska Native Mentorship Program for Substance Abuse Research

Recruitment

American Indian students from academic disciplines related to health care who are interested in entering graduate studies, postdoctoral programs or are junior faculty interested in substance abuse research careers with American Indian populations and communities are of interest to the NIDA Native-to-Native Mentorship program. The program recognizes that American Indian students and faculty experience isolation from other Natives and it endeavors to connect students with Native faculty and fellow students across the United States.

If you would like to learn more, please contact us (onesky@ohsu.edu), place "NIDA Mentorship" in the subject line and tell us a bit about yourself.
